Acceptance of These Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Ironwall, you agree to be bound by these Legal Terms and any additional policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the game and uninstall any client software. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ironwall Studios Ltd., the developer and publisher of the game.

License Grant and Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play Ironwall for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the game or any of its assets without our prior written consent. Any use of the game for commercial gain, including unauthorized streaming monetization or resale of in-game items, is strictly prohibited.

User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. You must not share your account with others, use automated tools to access the game, or create accounts for deceptive purposes. Ironwall Studios reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms without prior notice.

Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

Cheating, hacking, exploiting game bugs for unfair advantage, harassing other players, or engaging in any form of abusive, discriminatory, or threatening behavior is strictly prohibited within Ironwall. Use of third-party software that modifies game functionality or provides an unauthorized competitive edge will result in immediate account suspension. We employ automated and manual detection systems to enforce fair play across all game modes.

In-Game Purchases and Virtual Items

Ironwall may offer optional in-game purchases including cosmetic items, battle passes, and in-game currency. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law. Virtual items and currency have no real-world monetary value, cannot be transferred outside the game, and remain the intellectual property of Ironwall Studios at all times.

Intellectual Property Ownership

All content within Ironwall — including but not limited to game mechanics, artwork, soundtracks, characters, story elements, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of Ironwall Studios Ltd. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. User-generated content such as custom level designs or community contributions may be subject to separate licensing terms as outlined at time of submission. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ironwall Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the game, including loss of data, loss of in-game progress, or unauthorized access to your account. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so these may not fully apply to you.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Legal Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ironwall Studios Ltd. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the game shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules specified in our Dispute Resolution Policy. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits to the extent permitted by law.
