Our Commitment to Player Safety

Ironwall Studios is committed to fostering a safe, healthy, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. We recognize that for a small number of players, gaming may become a source of stress, compulsive behavior, or interference with daily responsibilities. Our Player Safety program is designed to provide tools, resources, and guidance to support every player's well-being.

Recognizing Unhealthy Play Patterns

Signs of problematic gaming may include neglecting work, school, or personal relationships to play, feeling anxious or irritable when unable to play, and spending significantly more time or money on the game than originally intended. If you notice these signs in yourself or someone you know, we encourage you to take a break and consider using the tools available within your account settings. Early self-awareness is the most effective first step toward balance.

Setting Personal Play Time Limits

Ironwall provides voluntary session time limits that allow you to set daily or weekly caps on your active gameplay time. Once your chosen limit is reached, the game will display a reminder notification and offer the option to end the session or extend the limit with a mandatory confirmation delay. We recommend reviewing and adjusting these limits regularly to reflect your personal circumstances and lifestyle.

Spending Limits and Purchase Controls

Players can set self-imposed spending limits on in-game purchases through the Account Safety section of the player dashboard. These limits reset on a calendar month basis and require a 48-hour cooling-off period before they can be raised, giving you time to reflect on any purchasing decision. Parental control integrations are also available, allowing guardians to restrict or monitor in-game spending for accounts linked to minors.

Self-Exclusion and Account Breaks

If you feel you need a more significant break from Ironwall, you may request a temporary account suspension ranging from 24 hours to 180 days through the Player Safety settings. During the suspension period, your account and all associated data are preserved, but login access is blocked and all marketing communications are paused. Requests to end a suspension before the chosen period expires will be subject to a mandatory 72-hour review delay.

Protection of Younger Players

Ironwall is intended for players aged 13 and above, and certain in-game features or purchase options are restricted to players who have verified their age. We support platform-level parental controls and recommend that parents and guardians review their child's gaming activity regularly using available reporting tools. Any player identified as being under the minimum age requirement will have their account suspended pending identity verification.

External Support and Crisis Resources

If you or someone you know is struggling with gaming-related issues, we encourage you to reach out to the following organizations: the International Center for Responsible Gaming (icrg.org), the Game Quitters community (gamequitters.com), and your regional mental health helpline. These services provide confidential, non-judgmental support and are available at no cost. Ironwall Studios does not benefit commercially from any referral to external support services.

Contacting Our Player Safety Team

Our dedicated Player Safety team is available to assist with any concerns related to compulsive play, account restrictions, or disputes involving in-game spending. You can reach us at [email protected] or through the in-game help center. All communications to the Player Safety team are treated as confidential and handled separately from general customer support inquiries.
